Land and Marine Developments is owned by Michael and Fiona Harrison. Jointly they have over 35 years of experience in development, marine engineering, construction, landscape design and development.
The Harrison's have been based in central South Dakota since 1993 when they moved to America from Scotland, in order to purchase and develop a 65 acre tract of land on the Missouri River into a desirable waterfront subdivision with both residential and commercial lots.
