This small 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom
ranch house may be small at 1175 sq. ft. but it feels much larger.
The gable porch entry, with built
in seat, leads you into a nice sized living room that has a very
attractive and unusual barrel ceiling. Archways lead from the living
room to both the Kitchen and the Dining room. The kitchen has oak
cabinetry throughout, a built in pantry, stove, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, over the stove microwave and a side by side refrigerator with
ice/water in the door.
Off the dining room is the Master
Bedroom, complete with large windows and a transom window high up in the
east wall. The spacious master bathroom has natural light from a glass
block window in the north wall, a large closet in which there is access
to the crawl space.
From the kitchen and living room
there is a short corridor leading to two more nice size bedrooms and
another full bathroom. The utility/laundry room leads to the large 24' x
