Mike and Fiona Harrison, the owners of Land and Marine Developments, Inc

in Rapid City. This subdivision is situated in Northeast
Rapid City, very close to the mall. The 20 acre site has many beautiful

rolling pasture on the east, it offers lots and acreages of a variety,
size and unique character, some of them among beautiful trees, all of
them with views of the city and pine trees behind them.

custom design system build concept, ably supported and advised by our

Each of these subdivisions has a unique and special quality.
Marion’s Pastures
is situated in a large meadow,
west to the Missouri River, within the City limits of historic Fort
Pierre, South Dakota. This development was established in 2000 and is
nearly completed at this time.
A large 28 acre meadow framed by beautiful woodlands is the location of
the second subdivision
Marion’s Acres.
The first house was built on this development in
2003.
Previously Land and Marine Developments, Inc developed the beautiful
Marion's Garden
Subdivision. This quality development
has canals which connect the beautiful homes to the Missouri River. This
subdivision lies directly to the east of the new developments. The primary
access for the new developments is through Marion's Gardens.
