There is a need for affordable housing in Central South Dakota and to this end Land and Marine Developments, Inc have designed and developed of
Marion’s Pastures and Marion’s Acres. To view the overall development plan please click here. Each of these subdivisions has a unique and special quality.

Marion’s Pastures is situated in a large meadow, west to the Missouri River, within the City limits of historic Fort Pierre, South Dakota. This development was established in 2000 and is nearly completed at this time.

A large 28 acre meadow framed by beautiful woodlands is the location of the second subdivision
Marion’s Acres. The first house was built on this development in 2003.

Previously Land and Marine Developments, Inc developed the beautiful
Marion's Garden Subdivision. This quality development has canals which connect the beautiful homes to the Missouri River. This subdivision lies directly to the east of the new developments. The primary access for the new developments is through Marion's Gardens.
