Located on a Northern Minnesota lake, this courtesy dock also provides a convenient lift that is used to clean and service the resort's fleet of rental boats, and for storage of the owner's personal boat.

The lift configuration is suitable for boats 17' to 19' and up to 2100 lbs.

Because this lake becomes very deep a short distance from the shore, Heavy-Duty Poly Pipe brackets with 3.5" Pipe are used at shore and deadweights in the deep water to anchor the system.

Wood planks attached to a 34" Gangway kit provides access from shore.
